FMCC's construction cleaning consisted of daycare spaces, classrooms, common areas, fixed cabinetry, floor surfaces of carpet, vinyl and plank, window frames, exposed ceiling piping, administrative and kitchen areas.

Post Construction renovation cleaning in washrooms and learning centre, including cleaning of hallways for removal of dust from renovations. This cleaning project was done in two days and ready on schedule for students return to school.

Complete final clean on all guest rooms, hallways, linen rooms, lobby, offices, exercise room and pool area. Variety of surfaces to clean, including wall paper, tile, glass shower doors etc. There was approximately 60 guest rooms spanning 6 floors including the lobby.

Approximately 60 guest rooms with kitchen space including built in cabinetry, and appliances. FMCC completed the construction cleaning on this property including all areas of the hotel.

Renovation clean for 2 sections of the office space. Cleaning involved mopping, vacuuming, dusting all surfaces for removal of dust from cubicles, filing cabinets, furniture, removal of glue from surfaces and points of entry exit in the main building over the course of the renovations.

Complete Construction Cleaning on main office space and janitorial services prior to opening.

FM Custom Cleaning maintained site cleanliness on the top and lower level which included laying and removing floor covering during the construction phase of the re-vamping of the old sears upper entrance including the final clean of these areas which included flooring, glass and lobby fixtures. We also did routine office site trailer cleaning through out this project and periodic site housekeeping.

This buiding is approximately 14,000-square-foot, with a 2,100-square-foot showroom, offices on two floors and a reception area, customer lounge, parts counter, drive-through service entrance, and service area garage. FMCC also provided Commercial cleaning.
